Our mission is to provide substance use and mental health support, prevention, education, and intervention among youth, families, and communities. To Empower Youth, Families, and Communities to obtain a Quality of Life that Fosters Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

We are Empowered Citizens

Empowered Citizens (EPC) is a non-profit 501c3 organization that was established in 2015. We partner with youth, families and communities to bring awareness about the risks of mental health and substance use disorders among youth between the ages of 13 to 21.
