Allison Murrow received her bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2011. She is currently a 2nd year Masters in Social Work student at North Carolina Central University. She is employed as a Health Care Counselor at the Freedom House Recovery Center in Chapel Hill. She works with women in the facility's long-term residential treatment program. She also serves as a Social Work Intern at RJ Blackley Alcohol and Drug Treatment Center (ADATC). Ms. Murrow is a North Carolina Certified Peer Support Specialist (NCCPSS) as well as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Intern (CADC-I)  through the NC Addiction Specialists Professional Practice Board (NCASPPB).
